Today, we're sharing a photo tour from our Hampshire Project. This living room received quite a big update, especially the fireplace area. Scroll through to see the photo tour of this newly-renovated space.
Here is a glimpse as to how the room looked before we got started:
We really wanted a show-stopping fireplace to be the focal point of the room. Since our clients desired a warm, modern look for their home, we decided to close off the open spaces at the top of the fireplace, extend the design all the way to the ceiling, and keep clean lines throughout. We opted for a modern, wood-looking tile from Burlington Design Gallery.
One of our favorite features of the fireplace is the massive hearth that extends the length of the back wall. Our hopes are that this will be a well-loved space and that many wonderful memories will be made here.
The interior paint color is one of our tried and true paint colors: Swiss Coffee, by Benjamin Moore. We kept a low profile on all the furniture, so as not to obstruct the view throughout the main living area.
Here are some of the details:
This artwork was custom-framed for Laura Design & Co. It works perfectly in the fireplace nook! We love to accessorize our projects with items from our LDCO Shoppe, especially the unique vases.
It is always a pleasure to serve our clients throughout the entire renovation/ furnishing process and help our clients Live Beautifully.
