Highland Park Reveal, Part 3

The time has come for our final reveal for our Highland Park Project. Today's reveal includes the Primary Bathroom, Bedrooms, and Media Room. These spaces all reflect some of the warm, earthy, and organic design reflects our LDCO mission of delivering elevated and intentional design, rooted in simplicity. Browse through to see some of our favorite views of the home, starting off with the Primary Bathroom.

The Primary Bathroom has many elevated details incorporated into it. From the marble tiles, stand alone, tub, and brass faucets, each item serves an intentional purpose. We love the final touch of the neutral calming artwork, and the white woven rug that softens up the space.

The Media Room is a vibe- it required darker, cozy furniture, a bronze flush mount, patterned blackout roman shades, a screen projector, and large media cabinet. It even has a dedicated poker table for game nights! It's such a fun room!

This takes us to the kids' bedrooms. Starting off with a soft pink palette for the girl's room, we selected a butterfly print set for above the bed, a whimsical floral rug, and of course lots of pink accents throughout! The boy's room, included a fun, playful-textured theme. We incorporated an oversized rug for the room's foundation, a mid-century style bed, versatile leather ottomans, striped drapes, and lots of fun prints!

Lastly, we arrive at the Guest Bedroom. We wanted to create a warm and inviting space for guests to relax and enjoy. The green velvet bed, warm wood accents, a textural ottoman, and layered linens help achieve that look. We love how the landscape artwork above the bed pulls everything together.

We have absolutely loved working on this beautiful home, and hope you have enjoyed our Highland Park Project Reveal. To see more of this project, click here. If you're interested in our learning more about our design services, we would love to hear from you!
