Highland Park Project Reveal, Part 2

Today, we're revealing more of our Highland Park Project, including the kitchen, breakfast nook, mudroom, and home office. Since these spaces are centrally located, it was crucial to ensure a cohesive and seamless flow from one room to the next. The warm, earthy, and organic design reflects our LDCO mission of delivering elevated and intentional design rooted in simplicity. Browse through to see some of our favorite views of the home!

This kitchen has numerous elevated details incorporated into it, from the deep counter glass cabinets, marble backsplash tiles, open shelves, integrated appliances, and globe pendants, each detail works together to create a unique design. We opted for a warm and neutral color palette throughout the home. We love the leather woven counter stools that are not only beautiful, but easy to clean as well.

This brings us to the beverage station adjacent to the kitchen, showcasing elegant archways and ample practical storage. It's an ideal spot for making a great cup of coffee each day!

The breakfast nook right off the kitchen had to be a very functional space, where much of the daily gathering and eating would take place. What a great oak table for just that! Given that this is such a high traffic area, leather dining chairs were essential. From the oversized artwork to the console table vignette, it is truly a stunning space!

The mudroom off the garage speaks for itself! It features dark blue-charcoal cabinetry, lockers and shoe storage, brass cabinet fronts, brass hardware, and a white oak bench. The brass picture light and textile artwork offered the perfect finishing touch to the room.

Lastly, we come to the home office. Situated at the very front of the home with oversized windows, linen drapes, a cast stone fireplace, and white oak flooring, we wanted the furnishings to match the same level of quality, and reflect the personality of our client. The black and brass light fixture not only completes the room, but adds a touch of masculinity to the space. The artwork is the true show-stopper in the room- its' original and sourced from France.
