PROJECT REVEAL: LUDLUM KITCHEN & DINING SPACES

Today we are sharing the final photo tour of our Ludlum Project! Not saying we saved the best for last, because we love every nook & cranny of this home, but the kitchen & dining spaces are some of our favorite rooms of the entire home.

Let's start off with the heart of the home- the kitchen. The cabinetry is this dark, brownish, gray color so our goal was to create balance and incorporate lighter/warmer finishes. The pendants truly make the kitchen. The inside is lined with a brass finish that provide the perfect amount of warmth and color. They couldn't tie in any better with the white quartz counter tops.

Never underestimate the power of a good counter stool! These ones are constructed of teak, brass, and seagrass and have quite the impact. We finished off the kitchen with accessories from our LDCO Shoppe.

We love this cozy view from the living room looking into the kitchen.

Next, is the breakfast nook right off the kitchen. We chose leather dining chairs and a natural wood finished table to once again warm up the space. The wood floors are a cool gray finish, so those warmer tones were key!

Lastly, is the dining room. Our clients really wanted a "romantic feel" to this particular room, so we chose to go with softer colors and finishes. I can't say enough about this brass chandelier. It really has that special feel to it and gave us the look we were going for. The oversized artwork is pretty stunning too!

We were excited to incorporate a metal cabinet in the dining room. This functions to hold some of our client's precious china and some styling elements. Stylish + functional is always the goal.

You can shop similar metal boxes here. We use a ton of these in kitchens, dining rooms, and laundry rooms.

All of the drapes are luxe linen fabric in white from The Shade Store. The white vase in the center of the table provides an easy way to liven up the home...just throw some greenery in it and you are good to go. Here is a similar option.

That concludes our photo tour for the Ludlum project! It has been such a privilege to assist our clients in making their house a home! To see more of the Ludlum project reveal, click here.
